Breakfast and energy scoopen
Did you sleep well? Then get out of bed. Open the window and let in some fresh air before heading to breakfast. There are plenty of delicacies waiting for you. Fresh bread and pastries from the Fiegl bakery.
Perhaps a soft-boiled egg from the local farmers? Coffee and tea are a must, of course. And you shouldn’t miss out on bacon and hard sausages from our own production. And maybe something sweet to finish?

Drawing from the full range at dinner
In the evening, a 4-course menu with salad, soup, main course and dessert awaits you. Once a week in summer we have a barbecue on the terrace. Of course, Alexander won’t let anything burn while you enjoy a glass of beer or wine with a view of the Ötztal Alps.
Our cuisine? Alpine, of course. From boiled beef, saddle of veal and Tyrolean spaetzle to the typical “Schöpfspieß” and fish dishes. Because that’s what we’re famous for. The fish comes straight from our own pond.

Delicacies from the region and genuine Tyrolean cuisine
We serve freshly caught trout from our own fish pond, meat specialities from the region and genuine Tyrolean delicacies such as Kasspatzln, Kaiserschmarrn or hearty pork knuckles – prepared according to traditional recipes.
Fancy an afternoon snack?
After hiking or skiing, you’re bound to be hungry. Of course, an afternoon snack can’t hurt. In summer, there’s fresh cake from the buffet every day: strawberry cake, Linzertorte and much more. In winter, a small snack buffet with soup and hot or cold dishes awaits you.

You look out over the Ötztal Alps. Listen to the sound of the nearby stream while you enjoy your cappuccino on our sun terrace. Maybe a cake to go with it? Perfect. Absolute peace and quiet. Simply do nothing.

Edwin’s “Milau fish pond” is something very special. Rainbow trout, char and brown trout frolic in it. Sometimes even his father-in-law ends up in the pond when he’s too eager to feed the fish. In any case, we always have fresh fish, prepared with love by Alexander.
We’ve always had game. If only because of Edwin’s passion for hunting. He is regularly on the prowl. When he crosses the Milau bridge, he is in his hunting ground. A world of his own – at one with nature. And of course there’s always game, which is carefully prepared by us and ends up on your plate in the form of game dishes.
